THE PROGRAMME
The Associate Development Programme runs for 18 months and has a focus on building the core skills you’ll need to excel in a career in corporate banking. You will be challenged and given the opportunity to grow your skillset, all within a supportive and nurturing environment. You will work alongside a broad set of colleagues, each expert in their respective fields and all with the same mission to improve our client’s likelihood to succeed.
You can expect a significant amount of hands-on activity, supporting clients from a range of different sectors and life stages across the innovation ecosystem. The programme will also include a series of structured trainings to ensure you have the base knowledge that you need to succeed. This training will span lots of different subject areas including financial analysis and portfolio management; credit structuring and underwriting; client positioning and negotiation; our product suite and sales strategies; the innovation ecosystem and venture capital funding cycles.
Day-to-day your work could include reviewing pitch decks, conducting due diligence on potential clients, managing loan portfolio risk, supporting loan growth, assessing client product needs, resolving compliance issues, providing client support, assisting on project work, and more.

- A demonstrable interest in innovation (technology and life sciences).
- You’ve earned a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and may have some work experience already.

Duration: 18 months
Applicants must have graduated in 2024 or be graduating in 2025.
Programme begins in September 2025.
