O’Neill Healthcare Bay Village is currently seeking an RN or LPN to help oversee the AL and Skilled Nursing locations!

This position must be a licensed LPN or RN in the state of Ohio.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • 1. Total responsibility for quality resident care.
  • 2. Documentation including but not limited to:
  • a. Medical Records
  • i. New Admissions/Discharges
  • ii. Assessments
  • iii. Progress Notes
  • b. Staff in servicing and training
  • 3. Education and training for residents and staff.
  • 4. Family/Visitor intervention.
  • 5. All other duties as directed.

Qualifications

  • 1. A graduate of an accredited nursing school and licensed to practice nursing in the state of Ohio
  • 2. A minimum of one-year prior geriatric experience
  • 3. Current CPR certification.
  • 4. Must be able to communicate with staff, residents, their families, and visitors.
  • 5. Must be in good health, no lifting restrictions, neat and clean.
  • 6. Must be willing and able to learn and possess basic management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • 7. Must project a positive attitude
