Multi-Media Designer

This position works as part of a team and consults with enterprise leadership on design and communication strategies that best articulate intended message and the best medium(s) to deliver the message. This role delivers creative communications that include on-brand graphic design, visuals, interactivity and/or motion.

Primary Accountabilitie

• sDesigns and/or revises a wide array of print, digital and motion creative to establish and promote the company’s brand with both external and internal audiences
• .Partners with peers and key stakeholders to deliver excellence in design, graphic technique, style, and layout for each project to ensure the design communication goal is met, and that brand, design standards, and brand guidelines are followed
• .Monitors latest content strategy trends, competitive and consumer/customer activity to forecast design changes and evolve design recommendations and content positioning

• t.Solid knowledge and understanding of design, typography and color theory in creating motivating communication
• s.Solid knowledge and understanding of contemporary best practices in web, multimedia, print, and motion desig
• n.Extensive knowledge and understanding of established graphic design and production methods and best practice
• s.Demonstrated experience and understanding of punctuation and gramma
• r.Knowledge and understanding of marketing and design concepts, strategies, practices, and tool
• s.Knowledge of current online design software is a plus, such as Figma and Canv
