Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and guide project teams and subcontractors.
- Budget & Cost Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with standards and perform regular inspections.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Client Liaison: Communicate project progress and address client concerns.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare project reports.
- Contract Management: Oversee contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials/services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred).
- Experience: [X] years in civil project management.
