Your challenge

In this interesting and responsibility-filled position you will be accountable for the following tasks:

  • Supporting Head Private Banking Bank AG in all organisational and administrative tasks
  • Carrying out clarifications with group functions and other internal and external units
  • Preparing presentations, reports, statistics and decision-making documents for the attention of management
  • Organisation, preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings, workshops, information events for employees, training courses and support for the resulting tasks
  • Mailbox, agenda and travel management
  • Creation and coordination of authorisation templates
  • Support and collaboration on projects
  • Ensuring the maternity cover of a team colleague

Your profile

What do you need to bring?

  • Basic training in banking or business administration; further training as a management assistant or in project management is welcome
  • Organisational talent, enjoy networked tasks and an understanding of customer markets and customer needs
  • An overview at all times for perfect pending management
  • Experience in a similar role in a private banking environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and fluent German and English
