Your challenge
In this interesting and responsibility-filled position you will be accountable for the following tasks:
- Supporting Head Private Banking Bank AG in all organisational and administrative tasks
- Carrying out clarifications with group functions and other internal and external units
- Preparing presentations, reports, statistics and decision-making documents for the attention of management
- Organisation, preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings, workshops, information events for employees, training courses and support for the resulting tasks
- Mailbox, agenda and travel management
- Creation and coordination of authorisation templates
- Support and collaboration on projects
- Ensuring the maternity cover of a team colleague

Your profile
What do you need to bring?
- Basic training in banking or business administration; further training as a management assistant or in project management is welcome
- Organisational talent, enjoy networked tasks and an understanding of customer markets and customer needs
- An overview at all times for perfect pending management
- Experience in a similar role in a private banking environment
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and fluent German and English
