Located in Rangiora, North Canterbury the Waimakariri District Council is seeking an enthusiastic Quality Systems Administrator to join our Quality and Risk Team. This is a full time role (40hours) Monday to Friday.

Working for the Waimakariri District Council is an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference in the community by contributing to continual improvement of our internal systems and processes.

In this role you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the organisations Quality Management systems and tools, including process management, quality documentation, delegations register, several web applications and risk management. Peer reviewing operational processes and documents, providing feedback to staff, system audits and supporting our internal customers will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Is detail focused with the ability to accurately peer review a wide range of documents and provide constructive feedback.
  • Has excellent literacy, numeracy, grammar, written and oral communication skills.
  • Is tech savvy and quickly adapts to new software.
  • Demonstrates commitment to process, business improvement and is solutions focused.
  • Can build strong relationships and rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
