Responsibilities
- Export Market Development:
- Identify and develop new international markets for the company’s products.
- Leverage existing client relationships to grow export sales and build longterm partnerships.
- Research and analyze global market trends, competitors, and opportunities
to inform export strategies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Utilize an established network of quality international clients to drive
immediate and long-term sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring
satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all export clients, addressing inquiries,
complaints, and requests eQiciently.
- Export Operations Management:
- Oversee the export process, including order processing, documentation,
compliance, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs requirements,
and quality standards.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue
and growth targets.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, monitor performance,
and optimize processes.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback,
and market trends to senior management.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely
delivery and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with department to tailor campaigns for international audiences
and enhance brand presence abroad.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Stay up-to-date on international trade laws, tariQs, and regulations to
mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively address and resolve any export-related challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a
related field.
- Proven experience in export sales, with a focus on food manufacturing or
FMCG sectors.
- Established network of quality international clients and a strong
understanding of global markets.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in export documentation, regulations, and logistics.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
