HR Recruiter:
We’re looking for a skilled HR Recruiter who specializes in technical talent acquisition. You’ll play a key role in identifying, screening, and evaluating top-notch candidates who will help us maintain our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential candidates for various technical roles through job boards, networking, and referrals. Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate communication, problem-solving, cultural ?t, and overall potential.
- Responsible for creating a medium to the large-sized recruiting pipeline, meeting requirement targets and providing regular status reports.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Create and maintain databases for all the sourced pro?les.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and ensuring a positive experience.
- Suggest enhancements to our recruitment strategies, candidate evaluation methods, and assessment tools to improve the hiring process’s speed, quality, and e?ciency.
- Draft recruitment job advertisements for advertising on job portals as well as social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong ability to assess communication, critical thinking, adaptability, and cultural ?t through structured interviews and scenario-based questions.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to clearly communicate is needed.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
