Registered Nurse (RN) – Multiple Shifts Available

The Gardens at Gettysburg is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team! We have full-time openings for both Day Shift (11 AM – 7 PM, Monday through Friday) and Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM, Full-Time). These roles offer competitive hourly rates of $40-$45, with additional shift differentials to reward your commitment during non-standard hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, hands-on nursing care with professionalism and empathy.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health and progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Mentor and support staff to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations to deliver safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania (active and in good standing).
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.

Position Details

Day Shift

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 11 AM – 7 PM
• Pay: $40-$45/hour
• Shift Differential: Additional $5/hour for hours worked after 2 PM

Night Shift

• Schedule: Full-time, 7 PM – 7 AM
• Pay: $40-$45/hour
• Shift Differential: Competitive rates for overnight hours
