Regional Sales Manager, SEA

Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager, SEA for our client, a leading consumer electronic manufacturer. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening relationships with channel partners regionally. This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, proven sales expertise, and a talent for building long-term partnerships in the consumer electronic industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to maximize sales growth.
  • Proactively acquire new customers and source projects through strategic prospecting.
  • Oversee the tender process and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Document project details and track customer activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed regional sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and deliver reports to senior management.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
  • Train and support partners in effective promotion and sale of products.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Provide customized solutions to meet client needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for business communication portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Partner with marketing, technical support, and product management teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and product launches.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand and offerings.
  • Support the technical team in conducting product demonstrations for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field with 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the electronics industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans for target markets.
  • Strong understanding of sales channels, market trends, and partner ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with AV and business communication technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working in collaborative environments with a positive, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as required in SEA
