You’ll be part of the Finance Middle East team and you’ll report to the CFO Middle-East,

Enhance Financial and Accounting Expertise:
- Lead with Precision: You’ll take charge of accounting operations, including payment processing, accounts receivable and payable, expense reports, bank reconciliations, and intercompany reconciliations ensuring seamless payment processing, and accurate management of accounts.
- Be a Compliance Champion: You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity. preparing and validating financial statements in line with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Optimize: Harness your expertise to manage cash flow forecasting and drive the optimization of accounting processes, enhancing efficiency and precision across the board.
Guide teams and elevate financial skills:
- Inspire and Develop: Lead a talented accounting team, delivering insightful guidance and feedback that fuels professional growth and cultivates a culture of excellence.
- Drive initiatives: related to the digital transformation of the finance function.
- Empower Through trainings: Organize workshops and train retail teams on cash handling and boutique sales procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Collaborate and lead initiatives:
- Develop partnerships: Collaborate closely with local teams (commercial, marketing, retail) and regional teams (headquarters in Paris) to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Drive initiatives: Lead financial projects that adhere to evolving local regulations (tax and legal) and contribute to global digital transformation goals.

What you will bring:
- A degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s or equivalent). CPA/ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, ideally in a multinational environment or a Big Four firm.
- Demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment through strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven communication skills, autonomy, and proactive approach to taking initiative.
- Expertise in international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Strong knowledge of financial tools (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and office software (especially Excel).
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
