Role / Job Title: Analyst-Trade Finance Operations

Function/Department: Trade Finance Operations

Job Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for the following activities in the role of – ‘Analyst-Trade Finance Operations”” and should have basic knowledge of 1-2 products: LCs and Collections, BGs and SBLCs / SBLC backed BCs, Doc Checking, Bill Discounting, Committed Payments, Import (A1) Remittances, A2 Remittances, A2 Exchange House Remittances, Inward Remittances, Exports , IEDPMS Desk, BoE Updating.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Basic understanding of Trade documents in various products of Trade – LCs, Remittances, Imports and Exports.
  • Ability to read Trade documents, scrutinizer comments / notes and carry out data entry in the product processors.
  • Carry out the making activity as per the TAT and agreed SLA.
  • Accuracy in data entry activity and understanding of the implications of errors in data entry.

Secondary Responsibilities

Basic knowledge of MIS and Data entry

Education Qualification

Graduation: BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) / BCom (Bachelor in Commerce) / BTech (Bachelor in Technology) / BA (Bachelor of Arts)

Post Graduation: MBA (Master of Business Administration) / M Com (Master of Commerce) / MA (Master of Arts) / ME (Master in Engineering) / PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management)

Experience: 2- 5 years of relevant experience
