Associate Illustrator

As Associate Illustrator, you will play a key role in creating high quality Bash-standard art assets and maintain the project schedule delivery dates. You will collaborate with managements on artistic direction and working closely with animation to deliver animation ready assets.

The Associate Illustrator will be a full-time position, reporting to Bash Games Atlanta Office.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality art assets, including characters, environments, symbols and UI elements, aligned with the game’s visual design direction.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory and lighting.
• Preparing animation ready assets for animation team.
• Ensure all final assets meet the required technical specifications and are optimized based on technical limitations.
• Stay updated on industry trends to better compete in the market space.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with other department.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and ability to adapt to feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of animation principles is a plus
• Knowledge of 3D production is a plus
• Degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Game Design, Animation or a related field.
• Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Spine
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range

$70,786 – $131,459 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
