Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator where you will be responsible for ensuring that sales and field service operations in Iberia are delivered to the highest standard. This is a unique opportunity to utilise your strong administrative skills to support two teams withing our Global growing business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling service visits and ensuring best planning for service works, including all tasks related with service agenda
  • Using our ERP/CRM and using the information to improve overall efficiency of dealing with customer support
  • Making sure all documents are updated and filed correctly, once required for Field Service Engineer to join customer sites
  • Liaising with regional teams (sales, administration and logistics) to ensure a high level of collaboration for all aspects of customer support
  • Understanding all sales and services processes whilst being able to handle and support the operation in all necessary administration tasks

Ideally you’ll have a degree in Administration and any SAP B1 experience would be highly advantageous. You will be fluent in Spanish and English with previous experience in service administration and possibly after sales experience too.

You will also possess:

  • Self-motivation, self-disciplined and with the ability to work with minimal/no supervision
  • Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems
  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
  • Quick to learn new skills/intuitive with good communication skills
  • Actively seeing to develop the skills and capabilities required for the role
