About The Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Runa, you will play a central role in driving brand engagement and strengthening customer connections through well-orchestrated events, thoughtful campaigns, and personalized nurturing strategies. You will oversee Runa’s flagship event, optimize engagement across various channels, and contribute to creating memorable, impactful experiences for our audience.
What Excites You
- Leading the organization of Runa’s annual flagship event, overseeing logistics, collaborating with vendors, shaping content, managing sponsorships, and ensuring attendees have a meaningful experience.
- Coordinating Runa’s involvement in industry events, ensuring alignment with broader marketing efforts and presenting a consistent, authentic brand presence.
- Analyzing event outcomes to gather insights, assess effectiveness, and recommend ways to enhance future initiatives.
- Designing and managing nurturing flows to connect with prospects across different stages of the funnel, using channels like events, inbound opportunities, and content campaigns.
- Partnering with the customer success team to develop campaigns that support growth within our current customer base, creating opportunities for shared success.
- Working with internal teams to design multi-channel, tailored account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that foster engagement and strengthen relationships with target accounts.
- Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, uncovering actionable insights, and refining strategies to keep Runa innovative and competitive.
