Job Description

The Role

  • Working with various stakeholders across multiple teams (including product, tech, marketing, etc) and managing multichannel marketing campaign
  • sMonitoring performance of each channel-Notification, Email & SMS, and customer cohorts and taking surgical action
  • sPerforming analysis like sales funnel analysis, content effectiveness measurement, etc. to improve the effectiveness of CRM channel
  • sDevelop insights and identity opportunities to drive revenue growt
  • hDevelop and implement new strategies to drive objectives like lead nurturing, cross-selling, and upsellin
  • gLead Content Development efforts to improve CRM activities’ effectivenes
  • sCreating periodic reports and preparing decks for review
  • sConduct market research to follow trends and competitio
