Role/Job Title: Analyst – Hub Monitoring

Function/ Department: Retail Assets

Roles & Responsibilities

‘- Monitor real time dashboards, alerts and triggers for bottlenecks within pods (ex. shifts, movement of queues)

• Take proactive actions to resolve the bottlenecks and enable agile-decision making
• Hub level shift planning; Execute interactive simulation model and implement daily recommendations on shifts based on the simulator
• Manage manual interventions required at hub/pod level along with the Hub manager
• Liaise with central planning team for inter-hub interventions during peak time (shift extensions, cross product fungibility)
• Basis the simulator, idenitify risks to SLA constraints and suggest preventive actions
• Ensure TAT, productivity and processing cost/file targets are met by the teams

‘- Liaise with the central planning team to train the hub teams and drive adoption for digital builds

Education Qualification

Graduation: Any Graduate

Experience: 5-10 years of total of relevant experience
