What makes the role meaty?
- You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional leadership talent who aligns with our values and can accelerate our growth in a dynamic, customer-centric environment
- You will be involved in shaping our leadership hiring strategy and partnering closely with senior executives to ensure we acquire top talent to drive business success
- You will develop and implement a strategic framework for hiring senior leaders across key functions, including Supply chain, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology and more
- Streamline end-to-end executive hiring processes to reduce turnaround time (TAT) while maintaining quality and rigour
- You will embed DEI principles into leadership hiring practices, ensuring access to a diverse and inclusive pool of candidates
- You will mentor and guide a team of recruitment specialists, instilling a culture of excellence and accountability in leadership hiring
- You will collaborate with internal teams to position Licious as the employer of choice for transformational leaders
We hope that you have..
- 10+ years experience in hiring for leadership roles across businesses
- Possess solid experience in people management
- Good stakeholder management experience
- An innate nature of being a self-starter and go-getter (Resilience is valued)
- A keen sense of leveraging data to make decisions on hiring
- An expertise in managing a high volume of tasks and personalities with finesse
- Familiarity with Google sheets/Excel is appreciated
