For this role we prefer for you to have a background in Human Resources or managerial experience and a proven record of developing people & organisations and knowledge of the collective agreement for commercial sector. Prior experience from retail is considered as a plus, but not mandatory. You are fluent both in Finnish and English.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
In the role as Unit People & Culture Generalist, you are responsible for efficient, effective, and consistent execution of all people related activities and processes in Vantaa store. In this role you will report to the Unit People & Culture Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be..
? Executing operational people related tasks and daily routines on unit level, e.g. on- and offboarding related tasks, to deliver an excellent co-worker experience
? Supporting the building of local business competence & performance by setting and working on relevant people goals
? Ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment and on-boarding of the new talents in close collaboration with the centralized recruitment and administration teams
? Executing trainings for new co-workers and managers
? Supporting and coaching managers on all people related matters (e.g. our rules and guidelines including the collective agreement, health and wellbeing, co-worker relations, performance, development).

This position is full time and permanent. Main working place is in the IKEA Vantaa store. The working hours are mainly during office hours.
