Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced content and branding marketer to own our marketing strategy and content calendar. You will thrive on storytelling, navigating complexity, and creating compelling narratives that inspire action. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape our brand strategy, lead content initiatives, and drive marketing efforts across paid, organic, and PR channels. You’ll be working closely with multiple stakeholders and experts in the field, encouraging you to continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals and resonates with our audience.
- Create, edit, and distribute compelling content (blogs, case studies, videos, social media posts) to engage our target audience.
- Translate technical information into clear, compelling marketing content tailored to our audience.
- Monitor content performance and optimise for impact and engagement.
Brand Development:
- Strengthen the brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Develop innovative campaigns to build brand awareness and thought leadership in the healthtech space.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure brand consistency in user experiences.
Social Media & Community Engagement:
- Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instragram, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage with our online community by fostering conversations.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and propose innovative content strategies.
SEO & Content Optimisation:
- Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and organic traffic.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
You will also be expected to go beyond these responsibilities by proactively brainstorming and executing innovative marketing initiatives tailored to our industry, such as PR campaigns, webinars, email marketing, and other creative strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic background.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in startups.
- Proven expertise in content marketing, brand strategy, and digital marketing.
- Good understanding of paid media, SEO, and PR practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
