  • Recruitment-screening, interviewing, hiring applicants
  • Prepares employees contact
  • Administer employee’s performance and evaluations
  • Maintain and updating of employee’s records and can create a system to help manage the department well.
  • Handles payroll, Government regulations and compliance, leave credits, employee’s benefits.
  • Planning and organizing company activities, meetings, events, wellness programs, trainings and seminars.
  • Must be up to date on latest Labor Laws and regulations. Enforce Company policies and practices, rules and regulations.
  • Handle issues with employees, mediate disputes, conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Deal with internship Program liaise as company representatives to government agencies such as social security system (SSS), PhilHealth, Home Development Mutual Fund, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent both verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience working in HR with relevant academic degree in Human Resource, Business Administration and Other related field.
