Job Description
- Recruitment-screening, interviewing, hiring applicants
- Prepares employees contact
- Administer employee’s performance and evaluations
- Maintain and updating of employee’s records and can create a system to help manage the department well.
- Handles payroll, Government regulations and compliance, leave credits, employee’s benefits.
- Planning and organizing company activities, meetings, events, wellness programs, trainings and seminars.
- Must be up to date on latest Labor Laws and regulations. Enforce Company policies and practices, rules and regulations.
- Handle issues with employees, mediate disputes, conduct investigations when necessary.
- Deal with internship Program liaise as company representatives to government agencies such as social security system (SSS), PhilHealth, Home Development Mutual Fund, Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent both verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience working in HR with relevant academic degree in Human Resource, Business Administration and Other related field.
