Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to residential HVAC systems, ensuring minimal interruptions for customers.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain solutions, and educate them on HVAC system operation and maintenance.
• Documentation: Record customer interactions and technical resolutions in Service Fusion to maintain accurate records and provide insights for process improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to resolve technical issues, share expertise, and develop best practices.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and technologies through ongoing training and certifications.
• Escalation Management: Identify when an issue requires higher-level support and follow established escalation procedures.
• Preventive Maintenance: Offer customers preventive maintenance tips, energy-saving recommendations, and insights on HVAC system upgrades or improvements.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate by addressing concerns promptly, exceeding expectations, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Mission-Critical Success Indicators

• Continuously develop technical expertise to provide accurate diagnoses and effective solutions.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize customer downtime and maintain high satisfaction rates.
• Support a collaborative team environment to deliver exceptional service and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years experience in Residential HVAC Services.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in HVAC systems, controls, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently in the field.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Experience with Service Fusion or similar CRM/software is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry standards and technologies.

Schedule

• Day shifts, Monday through Friday.
• On-call and overtime as required.
• Year-round work for consistent employment.
• 30 – 60 per week (Full-Time)
