IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to play a key role in supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing our company’s technology infrastructure. This individual will work closely with employees to ensure that hardware, software, and network systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to providing technical support.

What You Will Do

• Complete troubleshooting and provide IT support for core business applications and operating systems.
• Provide desktop support and local network support, including installation, provisioning and diagnostics.
• Manage user accounts and privileges.
• Coordinate technical assistance from suppliers as necessary.
• Proactively identify issues and potential improvements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and share information about technical issues within your team.
• Provide training to new and existing team members and help with the onboarding process for new customers.
• Complete all relevant administrative tasks in accordance with established policies & procedures.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience working as a IT support specialist
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving IT issues.
• 1 year experience in technologies such as the Windows Operating system, Windows installers, Microsoft Entra ID, MS365 and Microsoft Azure.
