Training E-Developer

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Duration: 36 Months (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Content Development:
• Design and document training systems.
• Create storyboards, screen wireframes, and pre-application training materials.
• E-Learning Development:
• Develop video tutorials for new and enhanced functionalities of the CurRent NYC application.
• Ensure clarity and accessibility of AI voice-overs.
• Format and export videos for various platforms (web, social media, etc.).
• Optimize videos for different devices and screen sizes.
• Prepare video files for hosting on the agency’s learning management system.
• Curriculum Design:
• Build a curriculum tree for online courses using various training videos.
• Verify the usability and performance of the training materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 Years:
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Captivate, Camtasia).
• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Ability to develop prototypes and presentations using editing tools.
• Experience with video editing functions (importing media, cutting, trimming, syncing audio).
