Synopsis

Supervisor – Front of House

  • $43.00 per hour + super (rate includes 25% casual loading)

We are looking for energetic individuals with exceptional customer service skills and a ‘can do’ attitude to join the Wangaratta Performing Arts & Convention Centre team. The successful applicants will oversee front of house and box office operations during performances, conventions and events as well as supervising volunteer ushers and providing administrative support to the business. This position ensures all patrons and hirers enjoy a positive, safe and memorable experience whilst attending the venue. This is a casual position with hours varying and rostered according to business demands with most shifts being held in the evenings or on weekends. The successful applicant will have proven leadership skills, excellent communication skills, be motivated, energetic and possess advanced computer skills. Previous experience using a computerised ticketing system, outstanding computer skills and a knowledge and appreciation of live events is desirable.
