Travel and Expenses Accountant

Core Responsibilities

• Supporting compliance of the company policies and procedures, and supporting operation of global processes
• Daily oversight and support associated with employee travel and expenses.
• Daily interaction with the employees to ensure compliance with the LEGO Group Global Travel Policy
• Usage of SAP travel platform that incorporate travel booking, expense reimbursement and reporting.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure diligent processing of expense reports.
• Supporting a high-performing culture that prioritizes customer happiness within the AP department
• Implementing optimisation initiatives across cross functional areas

The Travel and Expenses Accountant plays an important role in establishing a sustainable Payment Center and Travel and Expense Management department in the BSO. We need development- oriented employees who will actively play their part in building a department that values collaboration and excellence.

Do you have what it takes?

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience with Travel and Expenses processes
• Deep Understanding of Travel and Expenses processes
• BA degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Travel and Expenses ERP Systems
• Microsoft Office experience
• Excel at advanced level
• Experience from Shared Service Centre
• Great teammate with initiative-taking approach
• Respect of deadlines
• Driving new processes and small projects
• Analysis skill and analytical attitude
• Estimated travel activity – up to 10 days per year
