Job Description

What are the role responsibilities?

  • Form deep relationships and drive business value to T1 and T2 OP Chain partnerships
  • Ability to develop and manage complex initiatives to drive growth of key metrics like TVL and transaction volume
  • Provide a strategic perspective to product and engineering teams, delivering critical business insights that allow us to build a better product
  • Communicate partner needs and insights to executive team and to cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, governance, etc.)
  • Maintain knowledge of the OP Stack and our roadmap to ensuring partner have access to the latest OP Stack features

What skills do you bring?

  • Experience in managing partnerships within the crypto space specifically within defi
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to identify, pursue and close complex partnerships
  • Strong passion for blockchain tech and decentralization + technical acumen
  • Experience driving alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions
  • Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technologies
  • Ability to present and speak in public to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty and ambiguity among the complexity of the crypto/NFT space
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
