As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring professionals aligned with our company’s values and business needs. This role combines proactive sourcing with end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we bring in new Jamppers aligned with our needs, values and culture.
- For this position, we are primarily looking for candidates based in Buenos Aires, as our Headquarters is located there. However, we are also open to considering candidates from other provinces in Argentina.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales and Customer Success roles globally (LATAM, NAM, EMEA), from job postings and sourcing to interviews and onboarding.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to deeply understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies aligned with Jampp’s goals and culture.
- Proactively source passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiting Corporate, social media, and other creative sourcing methods, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Understand their motivations and provide detailed information about the role and Jampp’s mission.
- Be the face of Jampp! Provide an excellent candidate experience and foster relationships that align with our long-term talent goals.
- Execute Employer Branding initiatives by positioning Jampp on LinkedIn and other recruiting channels. This includes creating engaging job posts and showcasting the company’s culture and day-to-day life. Represent Jampp in online and in-person industry events to attract top talent to our open roles.
- Leverage your sourcing and recruiting expertise to adapt to the specific needs of Sales and Customer Success profiles, even if you haven’t recruited for them before.
- Present shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers, ensuring they align with role requirements and team dynamics.
- Track and update candidate progress in our ATS (Greenhouse) and provide Hiring Managers with regular status reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, leveraging data to refine strategies and ensure Jampp remains competitive in the market.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
- +3 years of experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven experience applying sourcing methodologies and building pipelines, with the ability to adapt these strategies to diverse profiles like Sales and Customer Success.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a “whatever it takes to get it done” attitude ??.
