Analista Legal

Objetivo

Brindar apoyo a las actividades de asesoría jurídica, informes legales, gestiones ante instituciones estatales y judiciales, apoyo al Legal Regulatory & Operation Head y a la Directora Legal & Asuntos Corporativos.

Responsabilidad Principales

  • Representar a las empresas del grupo ante las entidades administrativas y judiciales del país.
  • Realizar análisis general legal, consejo y asesoramiento sobre todos los aspectos legales de la empresa.
  • Responsable de elaborar opiniones legales, escritos e impugnaciones.
  • Realizar mapeo de las contingencias legales relacionados con provisionamiento de carácter financiero.
  • Llevar procesos de inscripción de marcas u otras gestiones relacionadas con derechos de propiedad intelectual.
  • Realizar presentaciones y reportaría relacionada con los procesos internos establecidos en las políticas de la organización.
  • Responsable de gestionar, órdenes de compra, caja chica y reportes de horas de retainer de abogados tercerizados.

Requisitos

  • Abogado/a colegiado
  • Inglés Intermedio
  • Poseer vehículo
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia ejerciendo como Abogado
