Group Manager – Product Management, Vehicle Strategy & Integration, Vehicle Engineering BLR

Now we are looking for a talent to join this exciting journey; Consultant manager for Volvo GTT to lead the work towards our consultant suppliers towards Volvo GTT India. In the role you will be reporting the Vehicle Strategy & Integration Chief Engineer and be part of the VS&I leadership team.

Within Vehicle Strategy & Integration management team you will be part of a diverse team of Group managers, strategy architects and product architects not only supporting their respective deliveries but also BLR support the global product development teams with knowledge, leadership and coordination throughout the full product development cycle. We are proud to support Volvo GTT in the product centric new way of working and supports the transfer with our expertise from our project management experience.
Role Description
We are looking for an inspiring leader, with a positive mindset and an interest in developing people as well as process and technology. We believe you will be able to drive your team in reaching the expected Product Performance. You come with an excellent domain knowledge in the areas of project and product management as well as a knowhow in agile product development. We believe you have the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards greater achievements.
We also believe you are excellent in collaborating with Global Product Management sites and developing the team in Bangalore. You have a cross functional expertise with minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team of engineers and/or Project Managers.
As part of your work, you secure development of technology strategies and roadmaps. You are in charge of training plan, appraisal and talent mapping for your team.
