DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST I

Position Summary

To execute the various new business and renewal group data management set-up functions for a specified group of Allied clients.

Essential Functions

  • Strong understanding of the New Business and Renewal submission paperwork and data received from BPO clients
  • Complete group on boarding setups and renewal updates within the designated timeframe
  • Review documentation for completeness and required fields
  • Complete the necessary data entry functions in Microsoft Access databases and Joget
  • Complete QicLink group setups screens
  • Execute group changes requests in necessary systems timely
  • Create daily status reports.
  • Track and monitor Data Management Team turn around times.
  • Audit data management setups. Identify and correct any discrepancies.
  • Run end of day audit process, so daily reports can be executed.
  • Generate and submit Rx and PPO Vendor reports on a daily basis.
  • Troubleshoot Rx and PPO Vendor questions on group and eligibility files.
  • Attend Rx and PPO Vendor weekly update calls.
  • Record and update group and agent information in Allied CRM.
  • Maintain and revise process documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • Some College Preferred

Experience And Skills

  • Intermediate level work experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access and Power Point software applications.
