We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Director of National Accounts-Partner Brands position, joining our team in Nottingham, PA!
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday approximately 40+ hours a week

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for launching nationally branded products in major retailers while maintaining key relationships with partner brands and taking responsibility for sales growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement effective sales programs that will provide a clear focus on increasing sales, profits, and brand awareness of partner brand product portfolios
– Prioritize activities among multiple and complex customers and retailers.
– Lead sales execution of partner brand product portfolios across multiple internal sales channels and account managers.
– Maintain the working relationship with partner brands, including monthly meetings, sales recaps, planning, forecasting and managing the overall partnership.
– Initiate and maintain complex ongoing distributor and customer relationships to enable the sale of the company’s branded products.
– Leverage customer, industry, and internal sales information to drive sales growth.
– Build and maintain a deep knowledge of competitive activities/strategies, presence in the market, big bets, innovation, and customer engagement; and use it to be proactive in planning and execution.
– Monitor retail performance metrics to drive agreed upon results.
– Prepare for sales calls by obtaining and analyzing relevant store, product and market data and creating effective selling tools and presentations.
– Develop and recommend strategies aimed at improving the overall effectiveness of the assigned sales accounts.
– Responsible for management of trade and marketing spending to ensure return on investment within the operating profit commitment.
– Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and 2 years of related experience or training, or equivalent of combination of education and experience required.
– Sales CPG experience with top national retailers required.
– Promotion management, trade promotion optimization and shopper marketing experience required.
– Demonstrated experience of developing, presenting and executing customer plans with a focus on customer communication and account penetration.
– Consistent record of exceeding sales performance expectations and customer and people skills while managing trade dollars within assigned budget.
– Exemplary communication experience communicating complex and /or detailed information to individuals and groups with differing knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally.
– Ability to manage complex relationships and collaborate while always demonstrating the company culture.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.
– Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and larger group situations to internal/external customers.
– Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills.
– Microsoft Office Suite intermediate experience required.
– Travel required- Approximate 50% of time
