General Duties and Responsibilities
Process payroll for title companies
Check new hire/onboarding paperwork and add new hires to the HRIS
Review and reconcile timecards for processing
Assist others with submitting and approving time punches
Assist others with entering and approving time off requests in the HRIS
Update and assign time off accruals
Maintain filing for both paper and electronic documents
Data entry
Respond to inquiries and time-tracking questions
Track bonus plans and bonus spreadsheets
Help review payroll entries made by Payroll Associates/Payroll Manager
Maintain the confidentiality of company and employee information
Run ad hoc reports and perform administrative duties
Special projects for the Payroll Department
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to provide a high level of employee service
Detail-oriented
Able to accurately review data for discrepancies and errors
Polite and professional demeanor
Strong time management skills
Able to establish and maintain positive, cooperative work relationships
Exemplary record of attendance
