Description

  • Complete knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefits.
  • Experience of Payroll processing of min 3000+ employees.
  • Attending & resolving all payroll related queries.
  • Well versed with statutory compliance.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Payroll/HR Software Regular update on labor laws Responsible for statutory compliances (TDS, Gratuity, ESIC, PT, PF Etc)
  • To ensure TDS deduction as per Income – Tax Rules TDS return as per income -Tax Rules
  • Manage F&F settlement of employees leaving the service of the company.
  • Verify all required documents and calculate pending dues, unpaid salary, incentives, bonus, Gratuity & LTA
  • Preparing weekly & monthly MIS reports as required by management
  • Responsible for preparing various reports related to statutory compliances.
  • Reconcile and audit monthly payroll data & MIS
  • Handle payroll audits
  • Address queries related to salary, tax, compliance and any related matters

Requirements

  • 8+ years- hands-on experience in India payroll and statutory compliances
  • Good experience of employee benefits e.g. meal cards, wallets etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office with especially strong MS Excel skills
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and set processes to eliminate errors
  • Ability to work independently as well as through team members
  • Highly organized and process oriented
