Reponsibilities
- Running campaign ads to support vertical and business unit needs at Hukumonline
- Manage, track and monitor metrics of all performance marketing initiatives across the platform
- Manage all digital performance marketing activities using ads platforms including SEM, social media ads, video, display advertising campaigns, etc
- Provide analysis and insights on campaigns to continuously improve and optimize campaign deliverables
- Support the Digital team in executing digital campaign activities and able to prove effectiveness in the business level
- Suggest creative growth hacking strategies and improve the performance marketing funnel conversion rate
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (qualitative and quantitative)
Requirements
- Min. 3 years experiences in Performance Marketing/Paid Marketing/PPC/Media Placement
- Experience in handling B2B digital marketing campaigns would be a huge advantage
- Have in-depth knowledge and able to operate Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads, Tiktok Ads, or Ad Network platforms for conversion purposes.
- Mastering the use of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.
- Good at analytical thinking and performance oriented.
- Experience from Digital agency or e-commerce is a plus.
- Work as a team and like to collaborate with other team to achieve Goals.
- Have a track record in managing a number of performance projects simultaneous marketing.
- Data-driven, creative, and analytical to achieve customer growth targets and increase the retention curve.
- Communicative and able to deliver reports effectively.
