Applications are invited for the Cardiology Clinical Fellow vacancy at the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital.

Clinical Fellow Cardiology

  • Intervention and Imaging
  • Adult Congenital Cardiology
  • Complex Device Therapy
  • Advanced Heart Failure

Available from August 2025 to August 2026.

The successful applicants will be based within the West of Scotland Regional Heart and Lung Centre at the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital in Clydebank.

The hospital is the largest volume PCI centre in the UK and regional tertiary centre for cardiac surgery and complex electrophysiology for the West of Scotland.

The hospital also houses the Scottish Adult Congenital Cardiac Service, Scottish National Advanced Heart Failure Service, and the Scottish Pulmonary Vascular Unit.

This Fellowships offers excellent opportunity for clinical experience in Coronary Intervention. This posts would be suitable for a range of applicants including Specialist Registrars or Trainees wanting Cardiology subspecialty experience.

Applicants will be expected to hold MRCP (UK) or equivalent qualification, be registered with the GMC, and have relevant experience in General Medicine and Cardiology.
