The company is seeking a founding hire in Marketing Operations to play a pivotal role in its Go-To-Market success.

What you’ll do

Data management & infrastructure

– Maintain and optimize the CRM and marketing databases to ensure high data quality.

– Oversee data hygiene, lead enrichment/re-enrichment, and intent-based lead qualification.

– Establish and manage robust Prospect ? MQL data pipelines and infrastructure.

– Implement automated account scoring, contact tiering, and targeting to facilitate scalable prospecting efforts.

Campaign management & execution

– Support integrated marketing campaigns through seamless lead management processes and automated workflows.

– Set up and optimize ABM strategies aimed at sellers, buyers, and other stakeholders.

– Drive sequence performance optimization and monitor email send health.

Marketing technology & automation

– Lead the evaluation, administration, and scaling of marketing technology tools.

– Build sophisticated workflows and intent scoring systems to enhance process efficiency and scalability.

– Manage and optimize referral tracking and partnerships pipelines.

Performance analysis & reporting

– Develop and maintain systems for KPI tracking, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

– Provide actionable insights through detailed Google Analytics/Ads reporting and cross-referenced funnel data analysis.

– Ensure reliable and comprehensive data for attribution reporting and informed decision-making.

Cross-functional collaboration

– Serve as a key liaison among growth, sales, and partnerships teams to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.

– Support outbound growth initiatives, including account re-engagement and champion-targeting campaigns.

What you’ve done

– **3–5 years of experience in Marketing Ops, Growth Ops, or Business Ops at a B2B marketplace tech startup focusing on enterprise sales.**

– Database management: Proactively managed CRM data quality and segmentation for targeted outreach.

– Campaign operations: Supported the execution of integrated campaigns with strategic lead management.

– Process optimization: Developed scalable, automated workflows that streamline operations.

– Performance analysis: Assessed KPIs to guide marketing strategies.

– Marketing technology: Scaled tech stacks and utilized integrations to promote growth initiatives.

– Fully remote opportunities within the U.S. or Canada, with options to co-work in NYC, Seattle, DC, or SF.

– Competitive base salary ($115,000-$135,000) along with equity. Compensation will be determined based on leveling and market comparisons and may be flexible for higher-level roles.
