Job Description
We are looking for at the earliest possible date a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team in Berlin for a fixed-term maternity leave cover of 1 year.
As part of the SAP Emarsys Marketing Team, you will develop and create high-quality graphic content for digital and print platforms, including campaigns, event designs, illustrations, and infographics, ensuring consistency with the SAP Emarsys brand identity. You will collaborate with the marketing and creative team to deliver visually appealing, on-brand designs that meet deadlines and exceed quality expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Creation
- Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements.
- Develop and design graphic assets for web, social and email channels as well as for internal and external events
- Create illustrations, pictograms, icons and other designs using software or by hand
- Ensure that deadlines are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality
- Customization of PowerPoint decks and individual presentation slides
Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams, particularly the Art Director and Head of Corporate Design, to produce final designs
- Amend designs based on team feedback and ensure the final graphics and layouts align with brand guidelines
Consistency & Quality
- Ensure all design outputs are visually appealing and maintain consistency with the SAP Emarsys brand
- Provide creative input and bring a great aesthetic sense and attention to detail to all projects
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications & Experience
- A qualification in Graphic Design or a similar field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a graphic designer for digital and print projects.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Office for Mac.
- Strong interest in online marketing, email marketing, and web design trends.
Skills & Attributes
- Comprehensive understanding of photography, typography, and printing processes.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills and process-oriented thinking.
- Excellent team collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
