Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support related to our products and services.

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Salary range: $38,000 – $45,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about BizzLinkText’s products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues effectively.
  • Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and billing inquiries.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
