About The Role

Due to an internal promotion, the Office of Human Resources has a rare permanent vacancy for the key operational role of Recruitment Team Leader. You will provide exceptional operational management of the Appointment Team who are responsible for efficient onboarding of new starters to the Isle of Man Public Service.

Getting recruitment right is absolutely crucial for the Isle of Man Public Service. Based in the heart of the Office of Human Resources, your role will focus on providing inspiring people management and knowledgeable technical support to the Appointment Team to enable an efficient and engaging onboarding service for new starters to Departments, Boards and Offices.
