Job Description

Our HR team is looking for a HR Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support, resolve tier 1 queries, and empower colleagues through coaching while seamlessly managing a variety of HR tasks and projects.

About The Role

As a HR Assistant, you will be at the forefront of HR operations, acting as the first point of contact for the business. Your role will include empowering colleagues to use self-service options, ensuring quick and effective resolution of queries, and delivering exceptional administrative support across a range of HR activities.

This is a hybrid role, including office presence 2-4 days per week at Hammersmith.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and resolve Tier 1 HR queries via email, phone, and case management systems.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly administrative tasks, including benefits schemes, offboarding reports, and maternity leave communications.
  • Assign, monitor, and respond to cases within Workday, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Oversee People Support inbox for external queries, including reference requests and managing offboarding documentation.
  • Support cyclical HR processes and ad hoc project work as assigned by the HR Services Manager.

About You

You are a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You possess excellent multitasking skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to stakeholders. Your organizational skills and ability to follow processes will ensure you succeed in this varied and dynamic role.

You will also have:

  • Broad knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, and employment law.
  • A customer-centric mindset, recognising the importance of enabling and supporting stakeholders effectively.
  • The ability to efficiently under pressure, handling high volumes of cases and queries seamlessly.
  • Previous HR experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • The ability to follow structured processes and manage administrative tasks accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
