Key Responsibilities Of The Financial Administrative Assistant

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Experience in real estate or investments is preferred
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects related to finance, accounting, and real estate.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports related to financial and real estate matters.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and financial institutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Assist in coordinating real estate transactions, property management tasks, and related documentation.
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications Of The Financial Administrative Assistant

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar, with a focus on finance and accounting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in the real estate industry or property management is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
