Modivcare is looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator I to join our team! This role is responsible for supporting the communications team by managing administrative tasks and coordinating internal and external communications. Key responsibilities include assisting with drafting and distributing communication materials, maintaining the communications calendar, and overseeing the organization of communication platforms. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and smooth execution of communication initiatives across the organization.

Internal & External Communications Support
- Assists with drafting, editing, and distributing communications materials, such as newsletters, announcements, and press releases.
- Monitors shared inbox accounts, triage incoming requests, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Supports incident response communications, including technology updates, crisis messaging, and disaster recovery plans.
Administration & Coordination
- Manages and update weekly distribution lists with high proficiency in Excel.
- Maintains the communications calendar and schedule events, meetings, and major initiatives.
- Oversees reporting and analytics for communications function.
- Updates and manage company-wide Microsoft Teams channels to ensure they remain organized and up to date.
- Updates and manage the intranet to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
- Conducts regular reviews of intranet content to maintain organization and usability.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Works closely with team members and stakeholders to support cross-functional communication initiatives.
- Coordinates with departments to ensure communications align with overall organizational goals and timelines.
- Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, Writing, or related field required.
- Zero (0) plus years of experience.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Outlook.
- Experience with communication platforms like HubSpot or similar tools.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with demonstrated experience in proofreading and editing.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused, with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to learn new tools, maintain confidentiality, and work independently or in teams.
Salary: $46,000 – $62,100
