About The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Field Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our aeronautical projects. As a Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of technical support and customer service before and after sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Perform worldwide mission flights, providing necessary technical support in the field.
- Work with the Product team to provide feedback and contribute to the development of new products and technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of technical support activities and customer interactions.
- Provide training and technical expertise to end-users and international partners.
- Perform mission analysis and debriefings to improve customer operating skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of technical support or related experience in the aeronautical or similar industry.
- Desirable knowledge of manned and unmanned aircraft systems, including fixed-wing and rotary aircraft.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
- Advanced English level is a must: It is the day-by-day language for engaging international providers & customers.
