Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into actionable solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and drive efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Mapping: Analyze and document existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas of improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with both business and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and project goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data, interpret trends, and provide insights to guide decision-making.
- Solution Design: Work with the technical team to ensure solutions meet business needs, aligning with project timelines and goals.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop test cases, manage UAT sessions, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and training materials.
- Project Support: Assist in the development of project plans, track progress, and manage deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend process and system improvements based on analysis, customer feedback, and industry best practices.
