About Rule:
- Implement HSE risk management processes, including hazard identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk reduction measures.
- Conduct risk assessments using qualitative, semi-quantitative, or quantitative methods to support decision-making for reducing risks associated with undesired events.
- Ensure systematic identification and consistent prevention and mitigation of risks to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
- Coordinate and work closely with Environment, Health, Technical, Operations, Projects and Development for Process Risk studies and coordinate with Enterprise Risk team to regularly communicate high-medium / high risks.
- Provide guidance on conducting hazard identification studies using structured techniques such as HAZID, HAZOP, Bowties and JSA.
- Identify and assess hazards that may arise throughout the life cycle of facilities’ operation, including causes that could lead to potential hazardous events resulting in undesirable consequences.
- Analyze risks by estimating potential consequences for identified hazards, estimating severity, likelihood of occurrence and calculating risk levels.
- Evaluate and screen hazards into categories such as Major Accident Hazards (MAH), Non-Major Accident Hazards, Significant Environmental Events, and High-Risk Occupational Health Hazards.
- Conduct Risk Reduction Workshops and document the outcomes in ALARP demonstration reports.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 6 years of experience in HSE risk management within the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
