Supply Chain Analyst (REMOTE)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Perform analysis and reporting to identify and reduce inventory levels and maintain the master schedule for products
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions, coordinating purchasing activities with various departments
• Manage inventory control, including receiving, shipping, and warehousing activities
• Interface with third-party distribution centers to analyze and reconcile inventory variances
• Assist junior staff with tasks and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, purchasing, scheduling, logistics, or planning
• Experience with MRP/ERP/WMS application software
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the medical device or diagnostics field
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and data analysis tools
• Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships
