Job Description
2. Act as the first point of contact for client incidents, complaints, and feedback.
3. Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) protocols and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
4. Gather and analyse client feedback, providing actionable insights to improve service quality.
5. Oversee staff schedules and ensure optimal shift coverage to support laboratory operations.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels for admin/ bleed consumables, ensuring there are no shortages.
7. Generate and submit daily reports on laboratory operations, incidents, and client interactions to departmental managers.
8. Directly liaise with departmental managers to resolve operational issues and ensure communication across departments.
