As a Demand Planner, you’ll work at the heart of our operations, optimizing supply chain processes, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align inventory with store needs. Your mission will be to maintain the perfect balance—avoiding both stockouts and excess inventory—and to help our business grow in a sustainable and efficient way.

Please Note

What will be your responsibilities?

Demand Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to incorporate their insights and expectations into the demand planning process.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels across all stores and adjust forecasts to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Work closely with logistics and purchasing teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Analyze product performance and optimize assortments for better store coverage.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Maintain continuous communication with retail, marketing, and purchasing teams to stay aligned on product launches, promotions, and demand trends.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Collaborate with logistics and purchasing teams to ensure a seamless product flow from suppliers to stores.
  • Address discrepancies between demand and supply, making adjustments to meet store needs.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to improve demand forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide detailed reports on store coverage, stock turnover rates, and overall inventory performance.

Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to streamline demand planning and inventory management processes.
  • Implement new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
  • Familiarity with demand planning software, ERP systems, and advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present insights effectively.
