Key Responsibilities
- Lead the statewide teacher pipeline initiative by orchestrating collaborations among diverse stakeholders, ensuring cohesive progress towards common goals.
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with educational organizations, including the New Mexico Public Education Department and other key allies.
- Manage all communications related to the initiative, ensuring that messaging remains clear, consistent, and impactful across various audiences.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless realization of the initiative’s objectives.
- Represent the initiative at local events, conferences, and other relevant gatherings to advocate for the project’s vision.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience, ideally within the education sector, with a profound understanding of New Mexico’s educational ecosystem.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Candidates must reside in New Mexico. Although this position is primarily remote, regular in-person meetings with partners (approximately 1-2 times per month) are anticipated.
Compensation And Benefits
This full-time, salaried role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of \(84,000-\)88,000, commensurate with experience. The position also includes a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional growth.
